Date: February 4, 2020 (article written by: Berkeley Lovelace Jr. and William Feuer)
Summary: The number of cases for the Coronavirus are increasing each day. A few days ago, the World Health Organization confirmed about 3100 new patients in China. About 191 cases are outside of China’s mainland, where 80% of those cases are focused around the Hubei province. 31 cases outside of China are mainly spread by human-to-human contact. They were mostly from relatives or close friends who have been to China recently. Data on the virus is continuously changing day by day. Coronavirus is a respiratory illness but it’s not considered paramedic yet.

Personal Opinion:
I personally think the best way to try and prevent this virus is to always wash your hands and drink water as instructed. I think we should also be aware of the people that can be affected with the virus and remain a safe distance from them. Keeping up with the news is also important because it keeps us updated on where people are being affected and if there is a cure found or not.
Questions:
- What do you think is the best way to prevent this virus?
- On a rate from 1 to 10, how dangerous do you think this virus is?
